Canada faces a pressing need for more Early Childhood Educators (ECEs) and Early Childhood Assistants (ECAs) to meet the surging demand for childcare. According to StatsCan, the number of parents struggling to find childcare has risen sharply from 36% in 2019 to 49% in 2023, leading many to reduce work hours or delay their return to work.
Regulated Career Colleges (RCCs) are at the forefront of addressing this critical issue. NACC institutions are dedicated to training a diverse range of learners— from younger students and mature learners to international students and newcomers—through high-quality, flexible ECE and ECA programs.
NACC graduates are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to make a substantial impact in the childcare sector.
